How to Cancel

Cancellations must be sent in writing to info@ghumegaindia.com or communicated to your travel expert. We accept cancellations on all working days except Sunday; a request sent on a Sunday is treated as received on the next working day (Monday).

Peak Season & Special Bookings

For travel between 20 December and 5 January, payments are non-refundable. The same applies to certain special bookings such as chartered transport, special train journeys or peak-season hotel blocks, where full advance payment is required and is non-refundable.

Cancelling After the Trip Has Started

If you cancel after your trip has commenced, any refund is limited to what we're able to recover from the hotels and contractors involved. We're unable to refund unused hotel accommodation, chartered transport or missed meals.

Force Majeure

In case of natural disasters, pandemics or similar events beyond our control, bookings are generally non-refundable; wherever possible we'll work with you to shift the trip to new dates, subject to the cancellation terms of the individual airlines, hotels and other suppliers.
